If you’re looking for cute, but hip, kids clothes there is one internet stop you just HAVE to make. ZozoBugBaby, where you can get hip handmade kids clothes for cheaper then some mass produced prices! Made using trendy designer fabrics these clothes are cooler that anything I’m found for sale elsewhere. The quality is really good. Some handmade items LOOK handmade but not these guys. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find them in a very high scale boutique. I got a bib and the fabric, color combo, layout of
various fabrics, and everything was simply wonderful. Unlike many items that are simply one fabric she utilizes a variety of fabrics into one fun and funky design. The great thing is how they look overly cool, not over done. When you visualize multiple funky fabrics together it is easy to visual a 70’s kitchen and give yourself a headache, but these combos are fantastic!
They don’t just offer clothes either. Bibs, burp clothes, and even special awesome washclothes are all there! They thought of everything, and made it in their wonderful style!
The prices are fabulous also! They are higher then a discount mass merchandiser, BUT way cheaper then the trendy boutiques or even high scale stores. I just can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire store is. When you order you package arrives beautifully wrapped and well packaged. I was just 99.9% pleased. Where is my .1 percent? Like always they just don’t have enough boy clothes! Some, but not enough. Check them out, and I think you’ll love them too!

Boy I manage to find a lot of stores that offer cute kids clothes don’t I? I have one more today and this one is a real doosey on the cuteness factor. Over at Boy Girl Boy Girl Designs they HAND dye and HAND paint
amazing little clothes. Everything from mermaids to skeletons colorfully painted on everything from bibs to t-shirts. Unlike most stores this one offers a fair amount of boy clothes so girls don’t get all the sweet stuff.
To be honest I was expecting something much different then I received, and not in a good way. I was expecting a amateur painting with 3-d fabric paints, something I’d never actually have my son wear. BUT I received something with wonderful quality, with paints shaded together and very professional looking. In fact for a T-Rex it’s almost pretty.
It’s been through the wash several times now with no paint fading or peeling. It’s still looking good.
The prices at Boy Girl Boy Girl Designs are really low for the level of quality you get. Really they’re about the same price you’d pay for NON-handmade stuff. About $18 for a shirt, $30 for a dress, and just $15 for shoes. Really good prices for really good products from a really good shop. And now they do have a great shirt for mom too, a skeleton with a cup of coffee!

This time of year sun safety is on everyone’s mind. We slather up with sunscreens for picnics and time at the beach. Unfortunately just sunscreen isn’t enough. There are other important things to do, especially with kids! many people put sunglasses on their kids, but a lot of sunglasses on the market are more damaging then protective. Many of them are cute, but feature no real sun protection and allow the kids eyes to take in more damaging light.
Besides sunscreen kids should wear sunglasses with real protective qualities, and hats. And I’ll give you bonus points if the hat contains UV protection. One company that provides good options is Baby Banz. Besides super cute sunglasses that provide full protection and have a comfortable band that keeps glasses on little ones they offer UV protective hats AND swim wear. Baby Banz was originally designed in Australia to handle their tough climate, and the swimsuits provide a proven UPF 50+!
Sure Baby Banz aren’t cute in the same way as a little kids bikini with polka dots or strawberries, BUT they are cute, AND safe. To me safe is more important. The swimsuits come is a small variety of styles in both boy and girl colors. The glasses come in a normal shape and a cool retro shape!
The glasses are pretty awesome, only the front is plastic, and instead of arms to be broken off it has a flexible band that goes all the way around. The frame is shatter resistant AND for the glasses wearing cuties the lenses can be replaced with prescription lenses!
I love all the Baby Banz products because quality, safety and cuteness all combine, AND the prices are reasonable too!
